What is an Escape Room?

A room or collection of rooms featuring analog and digital puzzles that need to be solved as a team using instinct, critical thinking and logic to solve puzzles, crack codes, find secret passages, and uncover hidden mysteries. As you race against the clock to find your escape.

How long does it take to play?

Each escape room will be allotted up to 60 minutes to complete the escape adventure.

How many people does it take to play?

Minimum of 4 players and you may team up with already booked players.

Am I truly locked in the Escape Room?

No, for safety reasons you may exit the escape room at any time.

What if I want to have only my group in the escape room?

You would need to have all 10 spaces for the room booked. If you have less than 10 booked, it is possible that other groups can join you.

What is the minimum age to play?

We recommend the age of 16 years and up.  Anyone playing under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For Screams from Below, the recommended at is 18 years and up.

Can I bring my cell phone or cameras into the escape rooms?

There are no cell phones or photography equipment allowed in the escape rooms.  Locked locker will be provided at no additional charge.

How early should we arrive before our scheduled time?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Are the escape rooms suitable for those with medical conditions?

You may experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe-lights, and fog (smoke). You should NOT enter the escape rooms if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory, or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant, or suffer any form of mental disease, including claustrophobia. Call us in advance if you have any questions.

Do you have any Military Discounts?

We do have discounts available to the military.  To qualify the Booking must be made over the phone or in person.  Military Discounts are not available with online bookings. Discount is available to Both Active and Retired Military plus their families ( must have proper Military ID ). The discount would apply to the number of tickets purchased where the military member is a part of the group. So it would apply to the whole party if the purchase is made as one ticket, can not be used on multiple tickets.
